Sous Chef required for a four star hotel located in Warwickshire
The Role:
This role of Sous Chef will require the successful candidate to support the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen for the restaurant and the conference and banqueting facilities.The hotels restaurant has been accredited by the AA and is very popular with residents and non-residents alike.This role will offer an ambitious Sous Chef plenty of opportunities to develop and as the property is part of a national group can offer development opportunities to Head Chef level.
Requirements:
This position will require an experienced Sous Chef who has experience in AA Rosette properties as well as banqueting for over 100 covers.This role requires a passionate chef who wants to succeed in the industry and move forward with the company.
