A classic Vintage Inn in the middle of a thriving park – operating a one bar operation with sizeable beer garden – buzzy and a good drinking scene to back up a long standing food trade. Successful candidate will be existing assistant or team leader looking to progress career quickly and if not already existing looking to develop valuable food skills.
We are one of the leading popular Restaurant and Bar Operators. We have sites which are individual in their own right and full of character. We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a big personality who has initiative and drive to help build our business further.
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Manager in setting targets, plan budgets, control stock, recruit, and train and inspire your team, create and drive marketing campaigns and build bridges with the local community. In effect you would be in charge of your own department. If you have the ambition and energy to fuel your team then this could be the ideal opportunity to develop your career and fully enjoy progression to a General Manager.
