Relief Chef De Partie required for restaurant near Colchester. £10phr Splits / straights
This excellent and well-regarded restaurant located near to Colchester is looking for a relief chef on a relief basis.
As a competent Chef De Partie you will be up to date with the latest modern food and practices, you will be assisting in the preparation of fresh modern British cuisine to a very high standard. All the ingredients used are the best available and they are locally sourced if possible.
The current brigade is 6 including Head and Sous chef.
The operation can do around 120-covers at a busy sitting and more if the weather is nice!
This is a great relief opportunity not just because you will be stimulated as a professional but because you will be working in a beautiful and unique setting that is nevertheless situated very close to the A12 between Colchester and Ipswich.
