Junior Sous Chef required for a top quality hotel located in Gloucestershire
The Role:
The Head Chef of this property is looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is capable of bringing in new ideas and impetus to help enhance the food in the property in order to gain further accolades.This position requires an all rounder as you will be expected to work on all sections as and when required but as Junior Sous Chef you will also be expected to train the Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs as well as deputising in the senior chefs absence.
Requirements:
This role requires an experienced Chef de Partie who has been working within a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin starred property.Ideal for a candidate wanting to use the skills that they have gained to assist this property in moving forward as well as moving up the ladder to a Junior Sous Chef role.
