The Role:
In the role of Junior Sous Chef at this very popular and highly regarded gastro pub you will be expected to run starters and sweets and cover mains in the absence of the Head and Sous Chef.This role of Junior Sous Chef offers an excellent opportunity to move up the ladder and work with fresh food at a high standard.
Requirements:
This role would suit a very experienced Chef de Partie looking for their first Junior Sous Chefs role or a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge.For an enthusiastic and dedicated chef this role will offer excellent opportunities to progress and develop further.
