Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager for their traditional food led pub. They serve fresh food in a traditional style to the kind of people who appreciate good bare bones, no frills food and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
As Assistant Manager you would be expected to rub the front of house and liase with the kitchen on a daily basis, working with the owners to maintain standards improve where necessary.
The Pub is also under going development of its entertainment room, making way for specialty evenings and events which the new Assistant Manager would be very much involved in.
The correct Assistant Manager candidate should have a hands-on lead by example approach to their duties and a positive and approachable attitude to customer service.
