We are looking for a solid and reliable Sous Chef for an excellent Gastropup in the Oxfordshire Cotwolds.
This is also a superb opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to take on more responsibility working a young and ambitious brigade.
You will work with fresh local produce, help to create Modern British menus and, as sous chef, gain further experience working with suppliers and dealing with staffing issues.
You will feel secure in your job too and be well looked after by the business owners.
