This beautiful Hotel is looking for a Senior Sous chef with a strong rosette background who is dedicated and confident enough to take on this challenging role alongside a new Head Chef.
As Senior Sous you will be expected to have a good idea of the Managerial side to the catering industry as well as an excellent knowledge of Food, wine and seasonal and local produce.
