We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work alongside the Head Chef developing menus, designing dishes and maintaining high set standards, in this traditional Country Inn.
As Chef de Partie you will need to have:
NVQ level 2 or above
Experience in a similar environment
Good Knife skills
Knowledge of seasonal produce
A talent for working quickly and efficiently
The correct Chef de Partie candidate will be expected to work a five-day week and be paid a competitive salary accordingly. On top of this there will be a substantial share of the tips.
