My client is an award winning operation in the Ipswich area in Suffolk. They serve an up to date modern British menu that uses the best produce the region has to offer and pride themselves on consistently good food.
Trade continues to increase and as a result they are looking to add a new member to their kitchen team of 5. In their Sous Chef they are looking for someone to be the link between the head chef and the more junior members of the brigade. So you’ll need to be strong at training and working with Commis and CDP’s, and will also need the maturity to play an important role in managing the kitchen and assisting the head chef to develop menus and adhere to H&S and food hygiene regulations.
