As Chef de Partie you will have a genuine passion for food and must be able to show commitment in the kitchen and be willing to work hard in order to become the best chef you can. TAs Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen and also be responsible for training junior staff members.
As Chef de Partie you must have atleast 2 years experience of working with fresh food within a kitchen making their own stocks and sauces. You must have an excellent attitude and the willingness to learn and be looking to continue your career working within the higher end of the market.
