Job Description:   

DUTY MANAGER - CUMBRIA, NORTH LAKES - ELEGANT COUNTRY HOUSE Duty Manager required in Cumbria for this beautiful Award Winning Property. The Hotel has 30 plus bedrooms, Award Winning Fine Dining Restaurant and is very popular with weddings. The Hotel is set within beautiful gardens and overlooks the lake.

As Duty Manager you will report to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager and be responsible for ensuring high standards throughout each department of the hotel are maintained whilst on duty. You will be overseeing a team of HOD's, supporting them in each department if required.

As Duty Manager you will have a strong experience in food and beverage and be flexible and well organised.
