Job Description:

CHEF DE PARTIE - DERBYSHIRE, 1AA ROSETTE COUNTRY INN CLOSE TO SHEFFIELD - CHEF DE PARTIE Chef de Partie required in Derbyshire for this Country Inn which is full of character.The restaurant has been awarded the 1AA Rosette Accolade for their cuisine which is fresh local produce using the best ingredients. The Restaurant over looks the gardens and there is also an Alfresco dining area with stunning views.

As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen and will be trained to run all sections. As Chef de Partie you will also be responsible for the training of junior staff members and keeping them motivated and on top of their workload.

You will be currently working as a Chef de Partie within a simialr standard of property and have atleast 2 years experience of working with fresh food.
