Senior Chef de Partie required for a large, multi-outlet hotel located in West Sussex
The Role:
This position is for a Senior Chef de Partie working within a large, airport hotel producing quality fresh food for the 100+ cover restaurant and the conference and banqueting facilities.As Senior Chef de Partie you will be expected to lead a section during service, maintaining the standards in place and supervising the Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs.
Requirements:
It is important that all applicants to this position have Chef de Partie experience working within a large, corporate property preparing fresh food.Due to the volume of food produced within this property it is essential that all applicants are able to cope well under pressure.
