Coaching and Development Advisor-London
This successful restaurant group currently operate businesses throughout the UK and are currently looking for an experienced trainer to join their team in the London area.
This is an exciting role whereby you will be fully involved in the whole training function including the delivery of existing training courses, contribution to the delivery of the HR plan, induction and training support to new employees and carrying out a high standard of training to support the commercial needs of the business.
Ideally, you will have strong coaching/training skills alongside a minimum of 2 years experience within hospitality. We would prefer you to have a group trainer qualification and intermediate food hygiene.
