Our clients based in Suffolk are seeking to appoint an outstanding General Manager candidate to oversee the running of a good quality Hotel.
This operation continues to flourish however our clients recognise for it to realise its full potential a General Manager with “a can do” attitude needs to be appointed. Someone with an abundance of ideas and a solid background to implement them.
As General Manager you will be fully responsible for the operation. You will need to exhibit a very successful track record with a proven background in controlling and pushing forward a business.
Overall our clients are seeking a General Manager with the vision to manage and control ambitious expansion plans including a Spa and the purchase of an additional Hotel to further expand the group.
A General Manager with a keen eye for detail, staff motivation and a high degree of customer care will be of the up most importance.
You will need to have experience of purchasing, staff training, staff management and will only be answerable to the directors on a weekly basis.
