We are looking for a confident Chef de Partie to work in a solid team of Chefs at a 2 – rosette standard. Situated in Norwich this establishment is easily accessible from the town centre and supplies live in accommodation.
The award winning Restaurant combines elegant dining with a relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen prides itself on using only the freshest local ingredients to create innovative seasonal menus both A’ la carte and Table d’hôte which are complemented by the front of houses knowledge of fine wines.
As Chef de Partie you will need to be enthusiastic and passionate about food with experience of working to at least a rosette standard for over 1yr. NVQ 2 or above would also be beneficial but experience is essential.
