A Suffolk hotel is looking to recruit someone as a Chef de Partie. Situated close to the centre of Ipswich this hotel is fully equipped with 76 rooms, large dining area and outside seating as well as a large and well-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen serves dishes that are simple but fresh and the brigade caters for not only the hotel restaurant but functions and a carvery as well.
As Chef de Partie you would be required to work alongside the other members of the brigade competently, taking on board the knowledge provided by your superiors whilst sharing your flair and enthusiasm with those below you.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for any Chef de Partie needing a live in arrangement combined with the spectacular location makes it even more of a ‘not to be missed’ vacancy.
