General Manager

Our client is part of a growing hotel group currently recruiting for a General Manager to oversee one of their busy, profitable 3* property.

The property has 40 bedrooms with busy F & B facilities.

The Role: General Manager

Role Criteria

• The ideal General Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel management experience
• The General Manager will be responsible for in the day to day running of the hotel
• The General Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
• The General Manager will be reporting directly into the CEO
• The General Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience
• The successful General Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at Hotel management level within a similar operation.
• Excellent opportunity for a General Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role
