Our client an East Anglian based Company which are the owners of numerous Hotels and Inns are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller who will oversee this important department within the company.
You will have a successful track record in a similar role or as Financial Controller.
Duties will include:
Preparing monthly management accounts
Development of systems and procedures to ensure integrity of accounting information
Liasing with Key Personnel to ensure smooth and correct systems are in place
Administrate Company Schemes
Review Financial Policy within the Group
Advise Directors on a financial basis ensuring full knowledge is passed over
Attend Meetings and be able to offer financial information
Maintain and register contracts
Supervision of monthly bank reconciliation’s and checking all accounts
Manage Company bad debt in a proactive manner
Train and develop your team
You will need to be:
Highly Customer Focused
A successful Financial Controller ( Assistant Financial Controllers also considered )
Be able to express ideas and concerns to Directors and Senior Managers
A team player
Offer hands on approach
Have a good grasp and understanding of your business
Assertive and Self Motivated
The role will be Monday – Friday daytime hours
The Salary offered will be £30k with usual holiday allowance
