Large property in Lincolnshire requires Chef de Parties for various sections
The Role:
This property is looking for Chef de Parties who will be working on particular sections including vegetable prep, bar snacks and banqueting but all candidates will receive training on other sections so that they can become true all round chefs.The property is aiming for 2 AA Rosettes in the near future in its main restaurant that serves up to 100 covers however; there are a number of different dining outlets that offer Chef de Parties excellent opportunities to develop different styles of cooking.
Requirements:
This position requires an experienced Chef de Partie who has previous experience working in a busy property, ideally accredited with 1 AA Rosette.
