Chef de Partie required for a boutique hotel located in Derbyshire
The Role:
This popular wedding venue is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to work within the kitchen brigade preparing meals for the fine dining restaurant, bar/lounge and the busy banqueting trade.This property has been accredited by the AA and has a very solid Head and Sous Chef in place who enjoy developing Chef de Parties so that they are able to maximise their talent.
Requirements:
It is essential that all applicants to this position have previous Chef de Partie experience within a busy, quality environment accredited with a minimum of 1 AA Rosette.
