Food and Beverage Ops Manager
Our client is a progressive national group of hotels that is currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Ops Manager
The property has large banqueting facilities and is a popular venue for private events.
The Role: Food and Beverage Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Food and Beverage Ops Manager will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience
- The Food and Beverage Ops Manager will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Departments
- The Food and Beverage Ops Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
- The Food and Beverage Ops Manager will be reporting directly into the Deputy General Manager
- Food and Beverage Manager Ops must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience
- The successful Food and Beverage Ops Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
