A daily changing four coarse table d’hote and various other changing menus requires a Chef de Partie with complete dedication and sheer affection for good quality, stylish food award winning food. A 3 Rosettes country house hotel in the Lake District, who is pushing for a MICHELIN STAR, is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie.
The Chef de Partie must be willing to put his ‘heart and sole’ in to his position to reflect on his passionate and enthusiastic fellow chefs who simply want to be the best and achieve further awards in the near future.
