Our client has a beautiful coastal hotel in Norfolk with 60 rooms and fantastic rosette restaurant. They don’t hold any large functions and as such can concentrate on producing quality food in the restaurant.
As Commis Chef you would be working in a team of 9, helping out on all the different sections, working alongside Chef de Parties, Sous and even the Head Chef when needed.
