A fantastic opportunity has arisen for any aspiring Chef de Partie who is looking for a chance to work on a beautiful working estate. The Café Restaurant only uses fresh food and everything is made on the premises.
The correct Chef de Partie candidate should be keen and enthusiastic with a background in the hospitality industry preferably at Chef de Partie level although strong Commis will also be considered at this stage.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to work well not only within the brigade of six but also confidently as an individual, you will be relied upon to work efficiently to a good standard with minimum supervision. This said if you are looking to progress through your career then where else is better to learn than somewhere you can watch the food go from field to restaurant in a day.
The establishment has also recently been awarded its first rosette and is hoping to continue this standard and above for the forseeable future.
