Clear Selection are looking for competent chef to assist in this large hotel in a busy large kitchen running food service for functions, guests and a fine dining restaurant. You will have great inter personal skills have the ability to take instruction and work off your own initiative.
You will have experience of volume catering to a high standard, our relief chef needs to take care on presentation be used to using fresh locally sourced ingredients. As part of a large team you will need to get on well with people, be flexible and accommodating – no hot heads needed in this establishment.
