My clients are looking for a Head Chef with a bit of personality and flair.
They are passionate about freshly made food created from local and seasonal produce. They are a looking for a candidate that shares this interest.
As Head Chef you will be involved in moving the business forward so you should be keen to help with strategic planning, developing new menus and be a progressive manager of your employees. They are not necessarily looking for the most experienced Head Chef in the world but if you have enthusiasm for the role and the ability to be an organised manager, as well as a technically skilled and creative chef then you will be perfect for the job.
