General Manager

Our client is 3* - rosetted country house Hotel looking to recruit a General Manager with sound financial knowledge and experience reporting to board level to oversee the hotel operation.

The property has 30 bedrooms with rosetted Fine dining set up and busy wedding trade - the hotel t/o stands around1.5m

The Role: General Manager

Role Criteria

• The ideal General Manager will have previous 3 or 4 star hotel management experience in simialr size operations
• The General Manager will be responsible for in the day to day running of the hotel
• The General Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
• The General Manager will be reporting directly into the Director of Operations
• The General Manager must have very good financial awareness and sales skills as well as an all round management experience in small high quality properties
• The successful General Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at Hotel management level within a similar operation.
• Excellent opportunity for a General Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role with a small, high quality group
