Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef required for our stylish city centre bar in London.
One bar operation in heart of London’s main shopping streets and tourist area producing freshly made food to order from one of Mitchells and Butlers highest profile food led brands. The bar has excellent kitchen preparation, equipment and storage areas. The successful candidate must prove that they have the ability to manage a team to ensure that the menu is delivered to the highest and most consistent standard expected.

Role Description:
As Kitchen Manager you will be fully responsible all aspects of running a busy kitchen, including, controlling your own food stocks, employing and developing your own team and ensuring all procedures are being adhered to at all times.
You will ensure a consistent delivery of quality dishes in a high volume environment, using fresh ingredients and great products.
Role Requirements:
Successful applicants will thrive on delivering high standards and building a great team. You will have passion and enthusiasm for the industry and its people, as well as the ability to work well under pressure while motivating a team to be the best.
You should have experience in a similar role and environment, although full training will be given.
Salary:
In return for your hard work and commitment we are offering a generous basic salary of up to £23,000, as well as an achievable performance related bonus package, company benefits and excellent training and development programs.
