My client is looking for talented Sous who can join the hotel and help it achieve its 3rd rosette.

As Sous you will be already use to working with the finest of ingredients and working to high standards.

You should be in a similar role at present, and be able to demonstrate a solid background in rosetted hotel working at 4/5* level.

The salary for this role is up to £25k and they will help relocate this is an excellent chance to progress and help achieve great things.
