As Sous Chef you would be expected to be a competent team leader as well as menu writer, organiser and staff deligator and role model for the other members of the team.
NVQ 2 and above would be a definite advantage and also an up to date health and hygiene certificate and knowledge of current legislation would be a definite advantage.
