? As Sous Chef you should be able to provide excellent support for the Head Chef.
? You will also need to be experienced working with fresh ingredients and genuinely interested in great food / produce.
? Well equipped kitchen, well maintained venue and a professionally run business – part of a successful independent hotel group.
? Starting Salary for Sous Chef role: £21K plus good tips. They can also possibly provide accommodation if required.
