This is a wonderful opportunity for Pastry Chef de Partie to join this professional brigade and learn from the best. The Head Pastry Chef has a multi award winning background and he is looking for an assistant to help produce all manner of pastries, desserts and breads.
The ideal Pastry Chef will have a passion for Pastry and will be serious in developing their culinary skills within the section and to understand the functioning of a strong, high standard kitchen. You will be responsible for making all manner of pastries from tuilles, sorbets, ice cream, petit fours and different breads.
Atleast 3 years experience of working within a high quality Pastry section or relevant qualifications are required for this role.
