Job Description:

New opening of a brand new British Restaurant in South West London requires a strong Chef de Parties to help run the kitchen chefs will be confident and well trained. Chef de Partie candidates will have a proven track record within good quality restaurants and with brigades of about 8 in delivering a quality British product and or European cusine.

Chef de Parties should be confident, self driven and be used to be training junior chefs. Chef de Parties chefs will be responsible for the demi chefs and menu ideas as well as ordering for the section and all butchery on site and full mis en place.

This is a second site of an already fantastic destination restaurant, opened last year to rave reviews.
