I am looking for a competent General Manager with a proven background in hotel management.
My client runs a medium sized hotel situated on the Norfolk coast, as relief General Manager you will have the ability to lead and motivate staff. You will oversee the full operation of the hotel, be hands on, customer focused, very organised, methodical and have the knowledge and experience to look at the costing implications of running a hotel.

You will need to be prepared to travel
Ideally you will have your own car
You will be happy to cover assignments at the drop of a hat
Be ale to adapt and fit in be part of a solid team of relief Managers
Have the experience to control your team
Be happy to stay over (live in) on certain assignments
Sensible even temper
A flexible attitude towards work where our clients brief is understood and completed
Relevant background and experience as a General Manager
