As Head Pastry Chef you will manage and train a team of 4 pastry chefs in a very well equipped and spacious pastry area. As Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating all manner of pastries, desserts, petit fours, ice cream and breads.
As Head Pastry Chef you must have experience of managing a team of Pastry Chefs within atleast a 2AA Rosette standard of kitchen. The kitchen is aiming for their 3rd Rosette this year therefore you will be an integral part of the brigade.
