This demanding role will require a person with a proven background in management of a similar size and type of operation

Relaxed restaurant area serving all day food
Control of 50 staff + kitchen staff
Overall Management of Bar, Restaurant and Kitchen
Large Recreational Area
7 Day week operation
350 person capacity
This operation will require a person with not only high levels of management skills but also a person who can act as host and offer high levels of customer care and contact.
Bar and Restaurant Manager Attributes need to include
A proven track record of a similar sized operation
Excellent business acumen
That special ability to liase and listen to customers
Good motivator of staff
Level headed approach to the job
Excellent organisational skills
