Sous Chef required for a fantastic Gastro Pub located in North Yorkshire
The Role:
This property has a team of passionate chefs and requires a similar Sous Chef to join the brigade.The menu is based on English modern food and the pub has a bar menu (40 covers) as well as a restaurant menu (70 covers).As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the high standards in place are maintained and to manage the brigade of 8 chefs.
Requirements:
This role requires an experienced Sous Chef who has a background in properties accredited with a minimum of 2 AA Rosettes.The Head Chef is looking for a talented, stable chef who will work well within the established team.
