Do you have a passion for the mountains?
Do you have excellent customer service skills?
Whether you’re whipping up a sizzling full English breakfast or a sophisticated dinner dish, producing a sandwich or a syllabub, everything you put your hand to will be delicious. A vital part of the team, you’ll provide the hotel Head Chef with invaluable help, whether you’re carrying out a stock take, or helping keep the kitchen spotlessly clean. Your friendly personality will make you popular with guests, too. You will be working closely with other chefs in preparing superb menus for hungry skiers.
Also, there is the opportunity to work towards a valuable NVQ qualification, so you'll finish the season with more than happy memories and improved snow sports ability.
