Sous Chef - A vital part of the team, you’ll provide the hotel Head Chef with invaluable help planning – and prepping – the menu. And when they’re not there, you’ll be in charge of the shift.What’s more, your open, friendly attitude will make you popular with the guests, too.
Assistant to our Head Chef is no mean feat, you will need to be organized, enthusiastic and deliver menus of the highest standard. Not only do you have a recognised cooking qualification, you also have experience supervising others in the kitchen. Finally, you’ve shown you know how to keep morale – and standards - high in the kitchen
