Head Receptionist 3 Star Hotel 15/16k pos Live in

Our client is a 3 Star Hotel currently recruiting for a Head Receptionist

The property has 30 Plus Bedrooms Good food operation

The Role: Head Receptionist

Role Criteria

The ideal Head Receptionist will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience.
The Head Receptionist will be responsible for all assisting with the day to day business of front office and occasionally helping in reservations
The Head Receptionist will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service
The Head Receptionist will be reporting directly into the reception manager
Head Receptionist must be highly passionate, excellent attention to detail and the ability to continually raise standards
The successful Head Receptionist will have at least 2 / 3 years experience within a similar operation
Excellent opportunity for an experienced front office supervisor / head receptionist looking for a progressive and challenging role
