This high star , award winning hotel is situated in the picturesque countryside with beautiful scenery.
The hotel is very busy throughout the year and have very impressive sales figures in particular in banqueting where they hold over 200 weddings a year!!!
They are looking for a strong Food and Beverage Manager to help lead this 25 strong team and have exceptionally high standards and organizational skills.
The working pattern is five days in seven working 40 hours per week, reporting to the General Manager
The Ideal Food and Beverage Manager will lead by example and have experience of leading a large team
The Ideal Food and Beverage Manager must have experience at Management level within a top quality establishment, high 3*star minimum.
The Ideal Food and Beverage Manager must have experience of Managing functions and weddings for 100+ and have experience of working within Rosette accredited restaurants
