The successful candidate must ensure:
·the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene throughout the whole premises
·ensure the highest level of customer service
·develop and maintain standards across all areas of the restaurant
·development and training of all department heads
·ensure that all training of staff is delivered and monitored
·achieve all financial targets and budgets
·monitor and evaluate all management performance standards
·seek new and better ways of expanding income and profit opportunities
·ensure recruitment and retention of individuals to maximise business potential
·liaise and work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop new strategies to increase sales and profit opportunities
·take total ownership on the delivery of all services, standards, profitability and growth
This position requires a strong General Manager to run and deliver the business, you the successful candidate must be confident in their own abilities. The position comes with an excellent package.
