Strong Operations Manager required to join busy hotel in North Yorkshire, £24000k
Our client:
Busy hotel with a mix of corporate and leisure business. The 70-cover restaurant serves a blend of modern and classic European cuisine to one rosette standard while the bar and lounge serve simple fresh food at a faster pace. The F&B operation also includes several private conference rooms and occasional wedding trade.
They are seeking an Operations Manager with the vision and drive to take the establishment forward and work closely with the Operations Director to maintain and improve standards across the establishment.
The Operations Manager candidate
Must have in depth knowledge of financial management, budgetary control, P&L, wage costs, ability to maximise room rates and occupancy
Proven background in the delivery of high levels of customer service - ideally in 3-4 star hotels
Must have wide of skills including human resources management, food and beverage, rooms management, sales and marketing.
Very strong communication and organisation skills and the ability to produce results.
This is a hands on role where you will be expected to be accessible to guests and staff at all times.
Excellent people management and delegation skills are a must.
Salary £24000k live in maybe possible
