Key attributes – Assistant Manager:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager with experience of managing a team in a customer facing environment – hotels, restaurants, pubs or retail. You must have a passion for excellent customer service and standards and a desire to succeed and develop. Ideally you will currently be working as an Assistant Manager and have already worked in a brand-led hospitality environment. But above of all, the most important assets for an Assistant Manager in Ember Inns are a positive attitude, great personality and energy to work well within the team.
