We are looking for a Head Chef for a beautiful 16th Century Country Inn.
If you are a Head Chef looking for a new challenge using fresh produce with free accommodation then this is just the job for you.
The establishment serves traditional but fresh food, using local produce from the family farm and surrounding suppliers. The menus and general atmosphere create a friendly and welcoming environment to local and passing trade alike.
They do have a function room that can cater up to 100 guests and a recently refurbished restaurant that caters to about 50 covers on a Saturday night.
As the Head Chef you should be a good team member and able to work closely with the owners, maintaining standards of work as well as up keep of the kitchen, menu writing, stock taking and rotation, rotas etc.
