Our client is looking for a well-experienced Head Chef to over-see the running of their busy fresh food kitchen.
The establishment has eight rooms and a recently refurbished restaurant. They serve fresh local produce in a traditional manner and are keen to continue to do so.
As Head Chef you would be expected to be knowledgable in all relevant legislation with a strong background in fresh food establishments and the ability to manage your team efficiently, maintaining standards of work throughout.
The correct Head Chef candidate will be able to work closely with the owners ensuring everyone is happy, customers and staff alike.
Salary: £30,000 package – including free live in
