Are you an enthusiastic Sous Chef looking for a new challenge and possible with a view to soon becoming Senior Sous Chef if you work well within the first few months.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with strong skills in both cooking and management for our clients expanding property in Norfolk.
The establishment is a high quality hotel with rosette restaurant, large well-equipped kitchen and a fast paced but friendly working environment.
As Sous Chef you would be expected to work alongside the current Head Chef, being involved in menu planning, ordering, stock rotation and staff training. Obviously you would also be expected to cover the Head Chef’s duties in his absence.
The correct Sous Chef candidate will have experience in working in a rosette awarded establishment at Sous Chef level and will be keen to push forward in his or her career.
