OUTGOING ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIRED IN HAYWARDS HEATH
We are looking for the following in the ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager candidate in Haywards Heath:
- A driven person who thrives on the atmosphere of a lively and busy restaurant environment
- Someone who has fantastic communication skills towards their team and the customers
- An individual who understands how to make a restaurant successful by maintaining high standards throughout the business
- A person who is full of ambition and enthusiasm, always ready to accept a challenge and learn masses along the way
- Someone who shows determination and commitment towards their restaurant
- The ability to work alongside the General Restaurant Manager and their management team while developing into the GM’s role at the same time
Experience:
- Preferably a personal license holder
- A previous supervisory position is essential within an Assistant Restaurant Manager role
- Experience in all aspects of the restaurant trade
- Knowledge of budgeting and GP levels would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to help train staff members through previous experience of your own
- As an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be expected to lead by example
- The ideal candidate will live within 30 minutes distance from Haywards Heath
